Job Description
The Senior Director of Demand Gen for North Europe is the regional marketing leader responsible for driving revenue-contributing pipeline across the Nordic countries. This individual is the primary marketing business partner to the North Europe MDs, CDs and Heads of Sales and aligns the full marketing mix to CRO priorities.
Own regional demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution targets aligned to regional revenue goalsLead a team of marketers + BDR Director & BD team covering Net New, Install Base, Channel, and ABM motionsCo-define quarterly territory plans with sales leadership; present marketing ROI in CRO QBRsOversee IFS Connect events, partner marketing programmes, and ABM/AI campaign executionManage regional marketing budget with full accountabilityQualifications
