Senior Director, Engineering - Performance Acceleration Engineering

**Position Summary...**
The Senior Director, Performance Acceleration Engineering leads the engineering pillar within the Grocery Network Performance Acceleration team. This role is responsible for providing the technical engineering capability required to identify, design, validate, and scale higher-complexity process, automation, in depth business analytics, operational flow, and mechanism improvements across the network. The role ensures engineering-supported solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with operational realities while working as part of the broader Performance Acceleration system.

This leader partners closely with Performance Acceleration Operations, Centers of Excellence, divisional leaders, field teams, and key external/internal engineering and equipment partners to translate technical opportunities into practical network performance improvements.
