Senior Director, Event Experience Design & Production

**Position Summary:**

This role owns the end-to-end design of Bentley’s flagship event experiences spanning expo environments, keynote and breakout content, and the connective narrative that brings them together.

You will architect how Bentley shows up across the entire attendee journey: from mainstage moments through the show floor and into post-event engagement, ensuring every element is intentional, integrated, and driving business impact.

This is a build role. You will establish the frameworks, standards, and operating model for how we design and deliver event experiences globally, initially working through agency partners and evolving into a scaled internal capability over time.
