Develop Annual Business Plan and achieve annual business targets

+ Get aligned with local bottler on the strategies, annual business targets and annual DMI budget.
+ Secure the compliance and execution of the business plan via effectively using various information.
+ Diagnose issues and drive action plans of local bottler to make sure business is running on track.

Explore local opportunities

+ Identify significant unexploited market opportunities and recommend plans on how to seize them
+ Introduce best practices of examples to local bottler to enhance system's ability.
+ Find and direct KO resource to support bottler to capture the opportunities for a faster growth

Understand the local consumers and customers

+ Be totally up-to-date with all relevant local consumers, customers and competitive trend
