Senior Director, Global Supply Planning Management

Role Overview

This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for global supply planning execution and governance across the full product lifecycle (NPI, ramp‑up, mass production, sustaining, EOL).

Accountable for translating GO Leadership Team strategy into executable global supply planning actions and delivering committed outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

·Proven leadership of global supply planning / S&OP / IBP with direct accountability for supply commitments

·Hands‑on ownership of capacity planning and supplier orchestration across Tier‑1 networks

·Ability to make and stand by enterprise‑level decisions under ambiguity and pressure

·Track record of leading large, cross‑regional teams and senior stakeholder alignment

·Experience driving process standardization and digital / system transformation (not incremental improvement)
