**Position Purpose:** Oversight of the Gold Card Program ensuring effective performance and communication of strategic priorities and outcomes with stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and lead long term program development and enhancement initiatives
+ Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into the program to ensure processes are being followed during the development process, including consumer experience, software engineering, clinical, and behavior change science
