Senior Director, Inpatient Services

The Senior Director, Inpatient Services collaborates on strategic planning, developing goals and objectives, and priority setting for nursing and patient care services. Shares in the accountability for developing and implementing programs for nursing, directed toward achievement of the mission, vision, values and goals, as well as ongoing Magnet designation. Assumes 24-hour accountability for the delivery of professional care and the allocation of resources for the assigned area of responsibility. Partners with multidisciplinary teams and is responsible for clinical outcomes, productivity/outcome measures, and adherence to nursing practice standards. The Senior Director, Inpatient Services will cultivate and sustain a culture that embraces and exemplifies nursing professional practice, the development of future nursing leaders and leadership excellence.
