SupportFinity™ is seeking a BPO Senior Director to lead a large Life and Annuity Insurance Contact Center Program in Manila. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, demonstrating leadership, communication, and operational strategy skills.

You will manage a diverse team, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality customer experiences. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in managerial roles, is required.
