**Position Summary:** The Sr. Director, Marketplace Platform Reliability leads reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for the Global Marketplace Platform, supporting one of Walmart’s top strategic growth initiatives and a rapidly expanding international business expected to grow 30% YoY over the next several years. Marketplace is a complex ecosystem, and this role is responsible for protecting the experience of millions of customers purchasing 3P items, thousands of sellers participating in the Marketplace, and hundreds of operators globally. This leader drives enterprise programs spanning reliability engineering, platform scalability, performance optimization, release engineering, launch readiness, operational excellence, and Marketplace-specific automation tooling across seller-facing platforms and APIs.
