+ The role defines and executes a unified strategy across test and product engineering while leading global teams and establishing scalable processes for new product introduction, yield ramp, and sustaining operations. It requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to drive predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
+ From a product engineering perspective, this leader owns the full product lifecycle, including silicon bring-up, qualification, ramp, and sustaining. Responsibilities include driving yield ramp and improvement, managing excursions, and optimizing product cost through yield, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance. The role ensures manufacturing readiness, production stability, and resolution of yield issues across fab, assembly, and test.
