What you will be responsible for

Creative Vision: You set and own the creative direction for all knitwear Men's collections, defining silhouettes, yarns, colors, and key items that express our brand identity.

Trend Research: You dive deep into trends and consumer insights through store checks, social media, competitor benchmarks, and knit-specific forecasts to keep our collections relevant and forward-looking.

Collection Ownership: You develop and manage seasonal collections in line with margin, quality, and market positioning targets, always balancing creativity with commercial success.

Materials & Structures: You select yarns, knit structures, and finishes that reflect our aesthetic standards while meeting margin and sustainability goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, and Sourcing to ensure feasibility, profitability, and smooth execu...
