Senior District Manager Abu Dhabi

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Senior District Manager is responsible for leading and developing Ego’s integrated Retail and Medical commercial team to achieve sales, distribution, visibility, and execution excellence across the district. This role manages a diverse team requiring strong coaching, clear expectation setting, and the ability to build a cohesive, values-driven, high-performance culture. This role will consistently demonstrate and represent the Ego values and spirit to our internal and external partners.
