Senior Draughtsperson CAD BIM Lead

As a Senior Draughtsperson / CAD/BIM Lead, you will lead the development and governance of Apex Water’s digital design environment, ensuring our civil and mechanical design teams can deliver efficient, high-quality model-based project outputs.

This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of BIM Collaborate Pro, supporting cloud-based model coordination and collaborative workflows across project teams. The position also oversees the management and maintenance of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, ensuring effective document control, collaboration processes, and project data management.

Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will drive consistency and efficiency across 2D and 3D design workflows, maintain CAD standards, and support Apex Water’s progression toward BIM-enabled project delivery.
