Senior Drilling Engineer

Qualifications:
Lead and develop well engineering designs and drilling programs for development and/or complex wells.
Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis including well architecture design, casing and tubing design, hydraulics modelling, torque & drag analysis, and well control evaluations.
Prepare, review, and optimize drilling programs in compliance with internal technical standards and industry best practices.
Utilize advanced drilling engineering software such as Landmark WellCat, Drillbench, or equivalent tools to support design validation and operational planning.
Plan and support execution of MPD and CBHP operations, ensuring safe pressure control and well integrity throughout drilling activities.
Provide engineering support during offshore/onshore operations, including real-time technical troubleshooting and optimization.
