Senior Dry-Etch Process Engineer – 3D NAND

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Senior Engineer to support advanced NAND dry etch process development. You will improve process windows, optimize recipes, and troubleshoot yield/quality issues, collaborating with various teams.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's with pertinent experience and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of dry etch processing and statistics is essential.

Master's ≥3 years or Bachelor's ≥5 years experience is required, along with a focus on continuous improvement and a collaborative mindset.
