BluePearl is looking to add a Senior Clinician Talent Acquisition Partner to the team, focused on recruiting Emergency Clinicians and supporting growth in this critical area.

This is a hybrid positions with opportunity to sit in any of our four offices:

As a Senior Clinician Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

+ Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce planning strategies and talent needs for the assigned region or specialty.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers, interviewing teams, and senior leadership on hiring initiatives.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners to understand current and future hiring needs.
