Senior E-commerce Operations Lead for Growth

We’re looking for a highly capable, commercially minded and proactive Senior Operations Executive to help strengthen and scale the operational backbone of the business.

We are looking for someone who wants to deeply understand how a modern e-commerce business operates across supply chain, inventory, forecasting, procurement, profitability and operational performance.

You will work directly with Leadership across day-to-day operations and business planning, with meaningful exposure to operational strategy, financial visibility and growth initiatives. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a broader operational managerial position for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive day-to-day business operations across inventory, fulfilment, procurement and supply chain functions
• Monitor inventory health, replenishment cycles and stock forecasting across Shopify, marketplaces and retail channels
