Senior Ecommerce Manager -Retail

Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for Senior Manager -Ecommerce for Dubai Location.

Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Manager – E- commerce is fully accountable for the end-to-end commercial performance, P&L delivery, and scalable growth of the Group’s e-commerce and marketplace business.

The role leads E-Commerce technology, CMS, and last-mile operations, and works in strong strategic alignment with Digital & Offline Marketing team to drive profitable traffic and conversion growth.

1. E-commerce P&L ownership

• Own full E-commerce and marketplace P&L (revenue, gross margin, contribution margin)
• Deliver annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets
• Develop commercial forecasts, budgeting, and demand planning
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams (bundling, exclusives, drops, marketplace growth)
• Drive key commercial levers: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, CLV...
