Senior Electrical Design Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned Engineering & Design leader to drive large-scale renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India. This role will be instrumental in leading engineering strategy, ensuring grid compliance, and delivering high-impact power infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering design for renewable energy and BESS projects
• Drive design optimization and value engineering initiatives
• Ensure compliance with CTU/STU connectivity and grid regulations
• Oversee substation and transmission system design and execution
• Conduct and review dynamic/grid impact studies
• Collaborate with EPC partners for project execution and technical alignment
• Perform technical audits and ensure quality standards across projects
• Work closely with stakeholders including DISCOMs, GENCOs, GRIDCOs, ...
