Senior Electrical Engineer Our client, a major Healthcare facility requires a Senior Electrical Engineer for design, specification, project management, supervision and procurement associated with major and minor capital building projects and refurbishment works. Two year contract initially with potential for advancement The successful applicant will assist in managing and monitoring both the construction programme and cost plan with a view to minimising the impact on same of any variations to the project. Duties will include: Keeping the project stakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Oversee the tender and contractor / consultant appointment process Chair and minute project review meetings. Ensuring that all buildings, services, and equipment under their control are adequately maintained in accordance with approved maintenance programmes.
