Duties & Responsibilities . Review Contract Docuements . Make MTO, BOQ . Study drawings, specifications . Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim . Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors . (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution. . Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant . Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation . Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs. . Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems. . Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others. .
