Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality plan, contract requirements including the drawings and specifications Monitor and control works including those of subcontractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements Ensure material submission andapproval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules Liaise and coordinate withconsultants, clients, subcontractors, authorities and to establish rollingprogramme Coordinate meetings and dailybriefings at site Check all installation drawing sand prepare relevant schedule Perform testing and commissioning at work site Prepare shop drawings for construction Co-ordinate with the rest of the team right down to the foreman/subcontractor to ensure everyone is clear on the planning, scope, resource requirements and safety compliance for the works Coordinate with team members(Engineers/Assistant Engineers/Foreman) and subcontractors to ensure that scope of work/method statements are executed to t...
