Due to continued growth, McBains are looking for an experienced Senior Building Services Designer (Electrical) who is keen to further develop their career and assist with the management and development of our growing electrical engineering design team in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and preparing designs for the full range of building services.
• Overseeing and site-supervising building services installations which have been undertaken by others
• Providing relevant contributions to the ongoing development of health and safety plans and files
• Executing trouble shooting exercises associated with energy consumption and the provision of suitable internal conditions, surveys, reports, schedules and dilapidations and feasibility reports
