Senior Electronics Engineer

Cardiff (Hybrid - 3 days onsite a week)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join a fast-moving technical team and support the development of next-generation hardware products. You’ll work across the full electronics lifecycle - from concept, simulation and PCB design to debugging, validation and EMC compliance.

This role suits someone hands‑on, collaborative, and confident in high-density, high-speed circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and improve electronic prototypes
• Design and implement new electronics for upcoming products
• Debug and tune PCB hardware (bench, lab, and in-vehicle)
• Lead root‑cause analysis and design improvements
• Develop and maintain test, research and validation methods
