Senior Employment Counsel (In-House). 9-12 Month Contract

We are currently working with a leading global professional services organisation that is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Employment Counsel on a contract of 9-12 months in duration. The assignment is due to start in August/September 2026 and will operate on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days per week required in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to join a highly regarded in-house legal team, providing commercially focused employment law support across a large and complex business. The successful individual will advise on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, whilst managing their own caseload and partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, Risk and the wider business.
