Senior Employment Tax Advisor - Hybrid Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to play a leading role in delivering employment tax advisory services. This role is primarily advisory focused, with responsibility for leading complex projects and acting as a key technical resource for internal and external clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with Partners and other service lines to deliver high-quality advice and support the development of the employment tax offering across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead on employment tax advisory projects including status assessments (IR35), transactions, due diligence and risk reviews
• Act as a senior technical specialist supporting internal stakeholders across audit, corporate tax and wider advisory teams
• Provide clear, practical advice on PAYE, NIC, benefits, employment status and governance matters
