This Senior role focuses on developing and guiding energy efficiency, energy resiliency, and renewable energy initiatives rather than performing hands-on energy modeling. The position centers on assessing existing programs, identifying and prioritizing the next 5–10 key projects, and presenting clear return-on-investment and strategic recommendations to Senior military leadership. The Senior Energy Manager will help ensure compliance with federal energy efficiency requirements and will likely manage one direct report who supports tracking and billings.
