Senior Engineer - Blade Repair Development

**Job Description Summary**
As part of GE Vernova Wind Engineering, the Blade Repair Development team is responsible for the design, validation, and lifecycle support of wind blade components and systems. The Senior Engineer – Blade Repair Validation & Development leads the projects for the technical development, validation, industrialization, and deployment of blade repair solutions for both in-service fleets and production environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and validating robust repair methods for composite blade structures, ensuring technical rigor, safety, quality, and repeatability. You will work cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Services, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing, and EHS to improve blade reliability, reduce downtime, and standardize repair practices globally.
