Senior Engineer - CI/CD & Release Management

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a Release & Environment Management (REM) team supporting deployment operations and CI/CD platform engineering for a leading financial technology environment. You will ensure the stability of non-production environments, drive automation, and collaborate with infrastructure and development teams on cloud application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for seamless integration, testing and deployment across DEV, INT, SIM and UAT environments
• Investigate and resolve deployment failures, pipeline issues and environment outages through structured root cause analysis (RCA)
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash/Shell) to improve deployment and operational processes
