• Execute and supervise all civil works for substation projects 132kV, 220kV, GIS, AIS.
• Manage site activities including foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, equipment foundations, and structural works.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor site progress, identify risks and proactively resolve execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (DEWA, FEWA, equivalent authorities).
