We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead industrial engineering initiatives that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings in our manufacturing operation. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and to improve the factory manufacturing process flow Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency and Cost Performance through work method optimization, simulation & automation Develop Labor utilization standards for benchmarking Lead workflow optimization and labor resource deployment efforts to enable scalability Model and analyse different business requirements and propose cost effective solutions Tool up business cases and prepare proposals for management review Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within Infineon Backend community
