Senior Engineer, IT Infrastructure (Up to $6400)

Duties
Monitor IT systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and applications to ensure smooth operations
Manage alerts, incidents, and service issues, coordinating with relevant technical teams for resolution
Maintain monitoring dashboards and track system performance, uptime, and service health
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and service reliability improvements
Monitor and manage AWS/cloud infrastructure costs and identify optimization opportunities
Prepare operational, performance, and cost reports for stakeholders
Work closely with application, infrastructure, network, and database teams
Improve monitoring processes, automation, and operational workflows
Maintain documentation for monitoring procedures, alerts, and governance processes
Provide after-hours support during critical incidents when required
AWS or FinOps certifications are advantageous
