Senior Engineering Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to join a major nuclear programme based in Warrington. This is a permanent staff position offering a hybrid working arrangement, with three days per week in the office and the remainder working remotely.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving engineering delivery across complex, high-value EPC projects within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across major nuclear projects
• Oversee engineering delivery in line with EPC / EPCM project requirements
• Ensure technical quality, compliance, and adherence to nuclear regulatory standards
• Provide leadership across Process, Mechanical, and CS&A (Civil, Structural & Architectural) disciplines
