Title : Senior Engineering Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Advises Management on Engineering problems and provides assistance to the Production Manager, by using Statistical and Engineering techniques and tools such as: SPC, DOE, FMEA, TQM, TPM JIT, etc.

2. Formulates, Negotiates and Manages the Department’s Objectives and Budgets, as well as the Strategies and Action Plans to achieve those Objectives in more than one Plant Location.

3. Responsible for the Plant Layout.

4. Supervises and Coordinates the Activities of Subordinates to facilitate the Implementation and Operation of the Company’s Engineering Systems in more than one Plant Location. Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, Developing and acting as a Facilitator to the Engineering Staff. Also Responsible for Promoting and Maintaining Interdepartmental harmony.
