Location: Orpington Contract Type: Temp to Perm Industry: Summary We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (SEM) to lead the engineering aspects of a multi-disciplinary contract, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions that meet client requirements. The SEM will be embedded within the core Project Team, reporting directly to the Project Lead, and will act as the technical authority on HTM compliance and industry best practices. This role carries responsibility for safety-critical elements and the application of sound engineering principles. Key responsibilities include developing a thorough understanding of project and organisational structures, managing design and maintenance changes, and optimising document control and knowledge sharing.
