The ideal candidate brings over a decade of experience in engineering (re)insurance, with a proven ability to assess complex risks and develop tailored reinsurance solutions. Your core focus will be to underwrite and grow a profitable portfolio, leveraging your technical acumen and regional market insights.

Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a profitable facultative engineering portfolio across Sub-Saharan Africa. Analyze and evaluate risks to provide sound reinsurance solutions in line with internal guidelines. Cultivate senior-level relationships with key clients and brokers to secure new business opportunities.
