Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professional with strong expertise in OneStream and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to support a critical enterprise finance transformation initiative. This role requires a unique blend of accounting expertise, EPM platform knowledge, business process understanding, and strong stakeholder alignment and decision‑making capabilities.

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between Finance , Accounting , FP&A , IT , and external implementation partners, primarily focusing on enabling alignment, facilitating decisions, and driving progress across the transformation. This is not a hands‑on execution role, but rather a position that ensures initiatives move forward effectively by coordinating stakeholders and guiding outcomes.
