Peak Builders & Roofers is seeking an experienced Senior Bidder/Estimator to lead our business development and pre-construction efforts mainly for multi-family and commercial roofing. This role is critical to our growth in property management and HOAs, the public works, government, and large-scale industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical estimating expertise and the hunter mentality required to secure high-value contracts.
