Our client, a well-established and respected General Contractor operating across Western Canada, is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator, this individual will play a key role in preparing competitive, accurate budgets and supporting the full bid lifecycle for commercial construction projects ranging from $2M–$20M.

Key Account Responsibilities and Functions
- Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contract forms
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using industry-standard software
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes
