Senior Event Executive

The role is based in our Ha Phan Building.

We are looking for a Senior Event Executive joining the Vietnam Events Team. 

• Event Planning & Execution including support development of event concepts and execution plans with the direction of Senior Event Manager.
• Manage onsite events such as Opening ceremony, Press Conference, Conference and Seminar and side events like visitor programs, roadshows, pre-show press conference, webinar’s logistics and delivery.
• Monitor events’ timeline and schedule, and make sure it is on track.
• Provide market content including trends and market movement through researching and buyer’s engaging.
• Partnership management for relevant Industry Government / Associations / Organizations
• Press & Media Communication & Management through agency: conduct pre-show press conference, onsite interviews for Key stakeholders including exhibitors, sponsors and partners.<...
