Job Title: Senior Event Planner (Independent Contributor)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 months contract based on performance
Salary: £55k - £65k per annum + paid holidays + pension
The Senior Event Planner will be responsible for in-person events, from concept through completion for a large global law firm. An ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and detail-oriented. This role demands an expert in all aspects of events, meetings, and conference planning, including budget management, venue scouting, equipment logistics, room setup, and day of management and assistance. We are seeking a candidate to provide support for our European and UK operations, primarily based in London. However, we are open to considering Paris or Munich as alternative locations.
