Responsibilities

• Design,
  develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies
  (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power
  Automate)
• Develop custom SharePoint solutions
  using SharePoint Framework (SPFx web parts and
  extensions)
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions
  with on-premise systems such as Microsoft SQL
  Server
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather
  requirements and translate them into scalable technical
  solutions
• Lead technical design, architecture
  decisions, and implementation best
  practices
• Establish and maintain governance,
  security, and environment strategies for Power
  Platform
• Design and implement workflows that
  support audit processes, including approvals, audit trails, and
  document control
• Provide technical guidance,
  mentoring, and support to team members
• Ensure
  solution quality, performance, and
  maintainability
