A hospital is looking for Senior Executive Assistant, HR Group Shared services (3 months - renewable)
Your new role
Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations. Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement. Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers. Process monthly invoices and internship payouts. Maintain proper HR documentation. Maintain a proper filling system and documentation and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Assist in Orientation and other Employee Lifecycle events. Design EDMs and videos for HR related events or announcements. Any other HR related admin and project works. What you'll need to succeed
Diploma holder
At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work.
