Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Finance & Operations Analytics (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing
Partner clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities where data analytics can support operational improvements and strategic decision-making
Support analysis of workload trends, service performance, financial indicators, and operational metrics across departments
Assist in charge code creation and service costing processes while ensuring alignment with operational and billing requirements
Prepare financial and operational reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management reporting and business planning
Support analysis on fee revisions, new service implementation, workload trends, and revenue performance across various services
Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis to generate meaningful operational insights
