Job Summary
Lead of Building Construction Product (BCP) and develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market share (PINS) targets profitably.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Identify new market opportunities within construction, agriculture, government, and other sectors.
Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives to strengthen BCP sales focus.
Collaborate with marketing, costing, aftersales, product support and logistics teams.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
