Senior Executive (Building Service Management)

Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the team
Take charge of multiple projects / teams and be responsible of the overall operations
Manage customers' feedbacks, develop effective relationships, and maintain high quality service standards to all relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper site management and control, inclusive but not limited to work efficiency, safety and cleanliness
Evaluate and review manpower and material allocation
Manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of works and materials
Monitor and control maintenance's cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns
Assist QSD Manager in ensuring proper documentation and archiving of records in line with company's ISO system.
Work closely with Project Manager, Developer, Consultants and relevant Authorities to ensure proper handover of project during and after DLP
