Opportunity Description
**Training Delivery & Facilitation:**
+ Ensure the implementation of standardized clinical practices across all clinics.
+ Conduct structured training programs for nurses, technicians, and other point-of-care (POC) staff to meet clinical and organizational KPIs.
+ Provide hands-on guidance to clinical staff to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
+ Do clinic visits regularly on every month with prior tour plan in such a way to maintain work life balance.
**Compliance Monitoring:**
+ Ensure all clinical staff are trained and certified in accordance with NABH, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines
+ Identify and ensure to close any safety related NCs on time by coordinating with concern department/persons.
**Clinical Outcomes Improvement & QIP:**
+ Collaborate with clinical managers to identify gaps in patient care and implement targeted training interventions.
