Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance
Maintain HR-related employee information in the company database/HRMS
Review, revise and enhance employee compensation and benefits as well as policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes.
Benchmarking of employees' rewards and benefits scheme to ensure market competitiveness
Administrator of expatriate management
Key reference point for company HR policies and HR system
Preparation of monthly HR reporting to senior management and shareholders
Provide compensation and benefits related and HRMS support to the plants and other entities in the Group
Requirements:
Degree in HR or business related field Professional level of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
