Opportunity Description
What You’ll Do
- Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance
- Maintain HR-related employee information in the company database/HRMS
- Review, revise and enhance employee compensation and benefits as well as policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes
- Benchmarking of employees’ rewards and benefits scheme to ensure market competitiveness
- Administrator of expatriate management
- Key reference point for company HR policies and HR system
- Preparation of monthly HR reporting to senior management and shareholders
- Provide compensation and benefits related and HRMS support to the plants and other entities in the Group
Requirements
- Degree in HR or business related field
- Professional level of spoken and written English
