Responsibilities
- Administrator of salary and staff movement in the organization to ensure internal equity and demographic balance
- Maintain HR-related employee information in the company database/HRMS
- Review, revise and enhance employee compensation and benefits as well as policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and rewards schemes.
- Benchmarking of employees' rewards and benefits scheme to ensure market competitiveness
